Refund Policy

All paid VectorField Planner plans are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf under the rules below.

1. Free tier

The Free tier costs nothing and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

2. Pay-as-you-go

Pay-as-you-go charges are for API usage already consumed (field solves and path queries). Consumed usage is non-refundable. If you believe you were billed for usage you did not consume (e.g., a metering error), contact us within 30 days and we will review and refund any incorrect charges.

3. Fleet subscription ($499/month)

• First month: full refund available within 14 days of your first Fleet purchase, no questions asked.
• Renewals: you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Partial-month refunds are not provided except where required by law.

4. On-prem license

On-prem licenses are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided the license key has not been activated in your environment.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@vectorfield.dev from the address associated with your purchase, including your Paddle order/transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including EEA/UK consumer withdrawal rights handled by Paddle at checkout.
