This Privacy Policy explains what data VectorField Planner ("we", operated by Haoming
Technology Co., Ltd.) collects when you use our website and API, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Email address — when you request an API key, we store your email to associate it with
your key and tier.
- Usage counters — per-key daily counts of field solves and path queries, used for
metering and rate limiting.
- Map data you upload — occupancy grids you send to the API are processed in memory to
build distance fields. We store map dimensions and field identifiers, not your raw maps.
- Standard server logs — IP address, request path, and timestamps, retained briefly for
security and debugging.
2. What we do NOT collect
- We do not use cookies for tracking and run no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
- We never see or store your payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by
Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record; their
privacy policy governs payment data.
3. How we use data
- To provide the API: issuing keys, metering usage, enforcing tier limits.
- To communicate about your account or paid plan when necessary (no marketing emails without
consent).
- To keep the Service secure and debug operational issues.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service
(hosting provider, and Paddle for payments), each bound by their own data-protection terms.
5. Retention and deletion
Account records (email, key, usage) are kept while your key is active. You may request deletion
of your email and key at any time by emailing us; we will delete them within 30 days, except where
billing records must be retained for legal/tax reasons (handled by Paddle).
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA/UK under GDPR), you may have rights to access,
correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
